Things You Will Need to Address Before Moving into North Valley

• Notify Capital Electric at 701-223-1513 (you must go there).

• Notify Montana-Dakota Utilities at 800-638-3278.

• North Valley will connect water. Your independent bill will be collected with rent on the 4th of each month.

• North Valley will contact the garbage company.

• Notify any cable/tv service you wish to use.

• Garbage day is on Fridays unless a holiday changes this.

• Armstrong waste will only pick up what is in your dumpster.

• Make sure your insurance is activated and a copy of payment provided to manager.

• Notify North Valley Management of your move in day:

• All lawn clippings need to be hauled away.

• Remember: residents may not park campers, trailers, or boats in front of their house or in their driveway unless they call management (Pricilla | 701-426-3356) then, they will be given 2 days permission.

• Rent and water are on automatic withdrawal system. It will be processed on the fourth day of the month. Please(!), when receiving a water statement, do not send in a check to cover this. It is withdrawn on the fourth with your rent.

• Your garage tax is usually processed annually on the second of February if the city gets the billing to us by that time.

• You will receive your mailbox key from the former resident on closing day.

• Lawn mowing is your responsibility, and you must take care of this weekly.

• Snow removal is your responsibility. You must clean your driveway within 48 hours of a snow fall.

• Pet droppings are to be cleaned up weekly.
